The McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle entered service in the mid-1980s and is expected to remain in service until at least 2025. The reason for it's longevity is simple - it's a great plane.
As its name implies, the Strike Eagle is primarily an attack aircraft, and it's capable of carrying up to 23,000 pounds in bombs and external fuel. But the F-15E excels in a dogfight too, with more than 100 aerial combat victories.

The F 15 Eagle I received is one of the nicest in my collection. It is very well detailed and the craftsmanship is above and beyond what you would expect in the price range of this collectible. The 1/100th scale model measures 5 1/2 inches wide and 7 1/2 inches long. A great value for the money. Also the shipping was fast and reliable.
