Description

Making utility a priority, the legendary David Clark company designed its H10-60 Headset to be usable in both fixed-wing and rotorcraft operations. Its dome jack lets you select from three different cord assemblies for easy interchangeability between airplane and helicopter plugs. Additionally, the lightweight unit weighs in at just 22 oz. (without cord) and provides an impressive 23 dB Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) for reliable protection from unwanted aircraft noise.

Though a mono headset, the passive H10-60 features dual volume controls for the perfect level of sound to each earpiece. The unit also features the super soft head pad and unbelievably comfortable undercut gel ear seals that provide for hours of easy wear. This model uses a patented flex/wire boom electret mic with integral boom lock for set-it-and-forget it placement. As always, this high-caliber headset features David Clark's trademark 5-year guarantee. An outstanding choice for comfortable, passive hearing protection in the cockpit.

Thank you for seeking a review.I got a headset for fixed wing.I am a helicopter pilot and there is a mismatch between the two.I had to do a search to convert the headset I received by acquiring a converter that accepts two leads with one single output.Appreciate if you can let me know if you have a headset that is for helicopter usage.I am currently on Bell 412.I wish to buy another single outlet lead.I have not used the headset as yet and will do so next month and revert to you on its performance.
