Of all my propeller mahogany models, the P-51 is my FAVORITE due the Mustang’s heritage, advanced (before it’s time) design breakthroughs and simplistic BEAUTY. Your model captures the absolute awesomeness of the warbird’s “ SIX 50’s” gun platform with high quality and unquestionable accuracy.

I absolutely love the P51 and this model would have been great except I noticed a lot of imperfections in the paint. For a model that costs $249 with claims to be meticulously fabricated, it’s unacceptable to have this level of flaw and imperfection in the paint. If it was an $30 model, it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but at this price point it’s quite a disappointment. Unfortunately, I had to return the model. Still waiting to receive the replacement, hoping for a better paint-job on the new one.
