This will be a two part review. 1) Pilot malls customer service 2) the bag1) Pilot malls customer service was over the top!!! Absolutely could not ask for anything more from them! I ordered a different flight bag (different brand) which had a manufacture defect to it, they stood up and immediately gave me full choice of any other bag on their site. After much research, I went with my go flight bag.2) The bag. This bag is exactly what I was looking for. In the main compartment, It has enough room for my headset,Ipad and all charging accessories.. wait dont stop there... it even fits my RAM yoke mount in there. The main compartment has a padded slot for a full size ipad, and zippers with mesh netting so you can see in them for your charge cords etc. Great design. The outside of the bag is a weather proof style material, with the zippers being the seal type as well. The zipped pull is a heavy grade metal that wont break. Even the handle is very strong, no reservations on this lasting many many flight years. The front of the bag holds sunglasses, pens, flash lights, even has a slot inside a zipped for logbook. The back of the bag has a slot and a zipper at the bottom. It can be used two ways, with zipper open it slides over the luggage handle on a suitcase. If you leave the zipper closed its another compartment. I use it for my backup paper chart and kneeboard. Tough, built to last and organized is this bags priority.
