    Quality and Comfort

Used this headset for my three years on 737, before retirement. Very comfortable on long days, with no hot spots or soreness. Small footprint that fit easily in hard case (Amazon) that fit in my kit bag. A big plus for me was the bluetooth for listening to music while deadheading, and noise canceling worked great to minimize noisy passengers. Highly recommended!

    Wonderful Product

Before this set I have used PNR inner ear headsets. I enjoy hearing my engine a little while in flight. That being said a full ear cover ANR does not allow me to do that. This headset allows cancels all but a very small amount of engine noise, which I really enjoy. If you pilot a jet or even a twin piston, I am sure that these would block all sound.

Aside from limiting the noise to the perfect level this headset is also incredibly light and comfortable, it does not pinch my head and give me headaches over long flights. As of this writing the longest leg has been 4 hours with a maximum single days time of 6 hours of flight.

Short version, great product the only reason That I can think to not purchase is if you are in a single piston driven aircraft and prefer a silent flying experience.

    Won't work for me

These are well made, and very comfortable, and are probably great for quieter cockpits, but they don't provide enough noise cancelling for me in the single engine piston airplanes in which I instruct. 4 stars because they are not for me. I'm looking for something to replace my Bose A20's as they start hurting my head on longer flight days, Maybe I'll try Light speed?

    Happy so far.

I was skeptical that this design (not fully covering the ear) would work well, but the ANR of this headset seems to be great - even in a noisy EMB-145 cockpit. Only complaint is that the mic pics up a lot of white background noise, but that seems to be the case with all headsets in this plane.
