Really great quality. Been using for over a year without any issues. Sometimes the ear piece comes off but it can be fixed easily.

Great quality. Shipping was very fast. I selected standard shipping and these were a gift for a hs senior graduating and starting flight school. There was a possibility the arrival date would be one day after graduation and I was aware of this. Sent a note to pilotmall just to ask them to do what they could to get the order processed as best they could to try and ensure a delivery date before or on graduation day. Within 24 hours got a tracking number and items arrived with plenty of time to spare. Incredible customer service. And thanks to whoever at pilotmall that made this happen.

After placing my order I realized I need to make a change and they had no problem assisting me. The order was shipped that day and arrived just in the nick of time (amazingly) for a budding aviators 16th birthday. The weather didn’t cooperate for a solo that day but I can tell you this headset will be going along with her.
