Hefty, solid feeling tool with a lot of useful functions. However, the ratchet bits are nearly impossible to pull out. hard to imagine how they were even inserted.

I purchased three of these hammers, one for each of our vehicles - especially for the seat belt cutting and car window breaking capability. Although I haven't tried out either function yet, I'm sure they'll work as advertised. As the box says, I'd prefer to have this with me and never need it, then need it and not have it...call it peace of mind - for myself and my family.
The hammers arrived before the shipper estimated and were in great shape, nicely packaged and secure.
